現(xiàn)在可以使用CYL-20系列調(diào)節(jié)器實(shí)現(xiàn)精確的壓力控制。該雙級(jí)調(diào)節(jié)器由316L不銹鋼和PTFE材質(zhì)制成，在變化的進(jìn)口壓力下，出口壓力變化不到0.01％，專為氣體校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)和半導(dǎo)體材料加工設(shè)計(jì)。
該調(diào)節(jié)器僅采用316L不銹鋼、PTFE和Tefzel®材料，適用于腐蝕性介質(zhì)以及具有表面吸附潛在問(wèn)題的非腐蝕性介質(zhì)。它支持高達(dá)6000 psig的進(jìn)口壓力，具有氣密截止功能。操作溫度范圍可從?40°C變化至+260°C，出口壓力范圍（0–10 psig至0–500 psig）可通過(guò)帶槽的旋鈕方便調(diào)節(jié)。
Precision pressure control is now possible with the CYL-20 Series regulator. This two-stage regulator, constructed of 316L stainless steel and PTFE, has less than 0.01 percent outlet pressure change with varying inlet pressures and is designed for use in gas calibration systems and semiconductor materials processing.
With materials of only 316L stainless steel, PTFE and Tefzel®, this regulator is suitable for service in corrosive streams as well as non-corrosive streams with potential surface absorption problems. This regulator accepts inlet pressures up to 6000 psig and has bubble-tight shutoff. Operating temperature ranges may vary from ?40° C up to +260° C and outlet pressure ranges of 0–10 psig up to 0–500 psig are easily adjustable by a fl uted knob.
